Acquired foundational skills in ROS and Gazebo for robotic simulations. Improved the product’s documentation for a better user experience with the guidance of Prof. McCarrin. Currently, researching on reinforcement learning techniques, such as DDPG, TD3, and DQN, for navigation and obstacle avoidance in a TurtleBot3 platform, where we are adding to the work of Tomas van Rietbergen from TU Delft.

Papa Tick is a solar-powered tick control device developed at IFSP to combat Brazilian Spotted Fever. It uses CO₂ attraction and enhanced voltage to effectively lure and eliminate ticks, featuring a patented design to sort tick life stages. Autonomous Navigation with Deep Reinforcement Learning on TurtleBot3
This project aims to develop a reinforcement learning-based navigation system for the TurtleBot3 platform. We are currently researching DDPG, TD3, and DQN algorithms to improve navigation and obstacle avoidance.
